Cancel Your Attendance

Use this form if you are an admitted student new to the university and canceling your WVU application and attendance. If you are a current student, please review the Office of the University Registrar withdrawal policy.



Your WVU ID number starts with 700 or 800 and is located on your acceptance email and letter.

Submission of this request will cancel your admission to WVU as well as any associated accounts with Housing, New Student Orientation, Honors College, and Scholarships/Financial Aid.
